You can directly integrate High Level to track all your appointments directly inside Optimate! Simply visit Settings > Integrations > Appointments, and connect HighLevel. Then, go to Appointments > Events to define which events should be treated as Sales calls.
NOTE: Only Account Owner roles are able to add or edit integrations
